Refund policy 

Cancellation: Once booked the participant can’t cancel the spot. Non  refundable although rescheduling is possible: 

 

 Rescheduling:
- Participants can reschedule to another weekend workshop (subject to availability) with a ₹500/- administrative fee.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 3 days before the original workshop date.

  Cancellation by Organizers:
- In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, participant will be given another weekend without any administration fee or else participants will receive a full refund  whichever is feasible. 
- Organizers will notify participants as soon as possible and provide alternative dates or refunds.

  Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation as and when announced.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

   Terms and Conditions:
- Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking their emails for updates.
- The refund policy is non-negotiable.

By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood this refund policy.
